The problem is they don't and won't always get the right person. The Death penalty is inherently stacked against blacks and hispanics. Paul says this all the time.

@Lupina12 No one asked about Paul said. Well if someone are the system is going to be racists and if the majority white controlling it then that could be right. But i still support the Death penalty, just can't have killers killing people for no reason and living on our money as tax payers. Not right. It's a problem if they want to kill the wrong people, the system i mean.

The problem with the 'death penalty' is that in the USA 1 in 8 are later found to be innocent, the people who are executed are overwhelmingly poor cannot get a proper defense etc etc. So for every person the 'state' kills there is a very big chance they did not do the crime they are accused of. I oppose the death penalty because like you I wish justice to be served and would exact vengeance on the guilty. Sadly my need for vengeance could see an innocent person die. The death penalty is bad

@franks2732 The death penalty is a state system of vengeance. It does not deter murder or alter a persons mind from committing murder. The "states" in the US that have the death penalty have higher rates of crime and poverty etc. You don't want someone to commit murder a good start is to try and prevent them from growing up in the "conditions" that enable it

@franks2732  Yes a vengence for the good if used the right way. We don't need to keep serial Killers in Prisons eating food,watching TV.lifting weights we pay for. I believe they should pay with there lives. Killers that kill for no good reason other than it was a good idea at the time. That's my view..

Troy was the victim of a "Ritual Execution" to quote another You Tuber. They had already decided that they were going to kill him. That is why nothing that we did or said in the end really mattered. They accused him of murder then they murdered him and yet the crack demon doc that injected him will not be tried or arraigned for his crime of murder and sin against humanity because he was authorized to do so by the state.
