Make a house that's realiseable and payable in real life.

Make it practical and not huge.

Try and reinstall it, if that doesn't work, then go to the house menu in the sims3 menu, it should show up.

@juanzu123 Well it depends on the size of the house and what kind of computer you have. If its a fairly old computer then, it might take awhile. i installed a house that was huge, and it took about 20 mins to complete lol

as usual, i can just watch all your video's, and before it's loaded i put them in my sims 3 houses - playlist for download. I don't even have to look, 'cause i know they are very (very. very) nice.

I have a question, how do u get these nice ceilings and roofs? I always pick just one standard, but i want these nice ones too! It's a little weird if i've build a nice, modern house and then put a enormous, ugly roof on it.

The roofs are just walls, but i used "constrainfloorelevation" true/false to make them smaller with the ground tool :) there should be some tutorials on YT to help you
