@kevinb138 I don't think that there can really be a preference between Tool and A Perfect Circle. In my mind, they're two halves of the same entity. They both set out with the same goal in mind. The only real difference (aside from the obvious genres) is that, whereas Tool is "Accept the message", A Perfect Circle is more "Understand the message".
