Yes, you need to finish first on all 3 events.
you seem good. how do you enter the races? any help? and 5*****

To join a stadium event go to the stadium ont he second island of Vice City. Go there between 20:00 and 24:00h and you'll see the big stadium door's open. Go in there and the event starts. |There's also a different event every day ;)!

Just open up the map then search for a very big circle ont he second island :).
