1984 SX 250's was the year of Johnny Omara. He won the SX title that year. Bailey had an off year. Hannah had the points lead until he tangled with Keith Bowen and broke his wrist. Lechiens first year on Factory Honda but he was wild and inconsistant. Barnetts Suzuki was a production model and it showed. RJ won the 250 MX title that year.
These guys were the rockstars of supercross, now days it all just yawnsville with stewart winning every time .

Brings back a lot of great memories. These guys were my heroes back then specially Broc although his performances in 1984 were sub-par.

The title says 1985 anaheim but it was actually 1984. The Yamahas were yellow in 1984, and then white/red in 1985...........
