  • Hey asshole, i read your comment about walk for Somali video, and i gotta say that your comment was totally uncalled for. who are you to say anything about Somali? given that fact that you are the worst race in earth "you white peace of shit" next time you leave comment that insults a whole race except a consequence.

  • I will prefer to ply in a fender guitar....vry good!

  • this helped sooo much

u just got one more subscriber!

  • dude nice playing but the intro bend isn't with a E power chord&then bend the Estring, try doing that but instead with your ring finger on the A string try the D String,Its a 2 octive bend, thats how Iommi does it live

  • marty and justin both come with a hat.!

  • you play it so wrong.

  • @DrumGuitarDude

You sir are guitar noob as i see.

  • @revoIut1oN

You sir, need to get some english lessons.

And besides, im not wrong. I know my Black Sabbath stuff, more than you ever will.

  • @DrumGuitarDude What does Justin play wrong? I want to get it right, so I'm intrigued.

  • @7279616E

    Fret position.

Tony plays the main riff on the E and A string. Just watch videos of HIM playing instead!

  • That's some high action

  • PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSEE

make a video of CIVIL WAR BY GUNS N' ROSES OR CATS IN THE CRADLE BY UGLY KID JOE

  • You're playing it in the wrong register.

  • awesome

  • I prefer bending at the first fret. When you bend behind the nut, especially on an SG, the string goes out of tune.

  • Hi Justin, would consider teaching 'Hotel California' by the Eagles.....an old classic.....I would really like to learn this and have been trying to find a good lesson but unable to follow them well enough. Especially for the solo which I think would be fun to play. Thank you for considering .... Vic Australia

  • @rhondaw1 Same here! I would also really like to learn 'Hotel California"by the Eagles...epsecially the solo!!! thx in advance...NSW Australia (Sydney)

  • @rhondaw1 It has like a million solo's with a million guitars >.<

  • Hehe, I learned those last 2 riffs by just watching your hands and finding those places on the fingerboard. :P

  • @Totema1 your so advanced!

  • @ALEXCHASE750 *can't tell if sincere or trolling*

  • Muy buena loco ,super practico , saludos desde Argentina.

  • How can you not like this :)

  • didnt play them quick enough

  • im the icecream man

runing through the fat kids with my van

    when i ring my bell

all those little bastards run like hell

  • @ALDLEGO ..............what?

  • im the icecream man runing through the fat kids with my van

    when i ring my bell

all those little bastards run like hell

  • does any one have the tab please

  • guys i cant hold this riff for me only there u go

    -7-7-^5--7-6-5-5-5-0-4-5-5-6--

with ^5 means one string down

  • This is such a great song thanks Justin kills the crap out of the tabs :p loads of distortion this sound sick

  • Miss the entire song lessons but am digging the wide variety and frequency of the riff lessons.....steely dan to iron man....thanks!!

  • Justin are you tuning your guitar to C# like tony iommi does?

  • @samson1520022000 that tuning didn't start until 3rd album, this is off the second!

  • little tip at the start of song i just pull down only E string with finger on 1 freet.

And this is works for me too ;)

  • Love the lesson Justin! If I may, for your next riff, could you teach us the Money For Nothing riff by Dire Straits :)

  • though I learned the whole song by ear already you play a few riffs differently then I do (same notes though)

I'd really like it if you go through a lesson about Iommi's soloing like what's the common things in all his solos and the theory behind it then just show us how to do the main riff

  • Just awesome

  • one of the most recognisable riffs in rock history

    YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH

  • Nut*

  • Awesome. Hey Justin, I was just wondering if bending behind the neck can some how hamr your guitar either right then and there or in the long run? Kind of an awkward question, sorry about that.

  • @InspiredProphecy search for doyle dykes wabash cannonball that might answer your question.

  • @dukestt Thanks, bro. That was awesome. It kind of answered my question.

  • @InspiredProphecy my point was he has been playing that tune on that guitar for years. Whilst it will give your strings a hard time, it is unlikely to damage the guitar.

  • Awesome tutorial, love your vids man! I actually taught this to myself about a week or so ago, still working out the solo tho haha

  • Awesome accent.

  • Justin I love ya' man but please, please PLEASE! Teach these the way they were played! Because then you got a bunch of people going about not paying homage to Tony Iommi! And he always played his riffs on the Low E and A strings. Don't make it easy just for this generation that wants things handed to them.. Once again with all due respect because you helped me learn i the early days but only to find out that I was doing it wrong..

  • I don't want a hat like yours, I want your fingers so I can play guitar like you.... Just because!

  • which SG is that?

  • @jetfire92 american standard

one day that will be mine i love it

  • Fantastico!

  • Tony Iommi plays this at the 9th fret, but this sounds spot on.

  • I am the ice-cream man

  • Comment removed

  • i just pull the wammy bar up slightly, hit the big E string and let the wammy return back to a natural E. btw we yanks call it a "pull off", but "flick off' sounds cooler

  • Iron man,

    Iron man,

    Does whatever an iron can,

lookout! Here comes the iron man!

  • @jimmymickey yo, that old 70s spiderman theme is some serious music. it starts off with a C-6/9 in the horns.

  • i just pull the wammy bar up slightly, hit the big E string and let the wammy return back to a natural E.

  • I want a hat like yours.

    Just because.

  • What setup did you have to get that sound?

  • Please please go back to making full songs tutorials.

  • @daviddunn11 why? this is a great tool to develop your ear... Justin gave you the major parts of the song and from the parts, one can determine the key of the song and the basic scale of the song... Justin did most of the work for you, all you have to do is figure out the details

  • @cobracarg while I completely agree with you on the Iron Man lesson, you can't pull this off on a Led Zepp or Clapton song. I like this new riff thingy because justin uploaded allot of them, but I miss a good old 3 part tutorial:)

  • @kerzeen i miss those videos too but I think it is important to develop the ear, Justin has called ear training the most important thing one can learn and i think that is why Justin is only doing these riff lessons now. and of course one can transcribe Zepp and Clapton, it just takes practice. Ear technique doesnt happen overnight but those who stick with it, benefit in the long run.

  • 5th

  • good stuff, thanks!

  • WOOT THANKSS

  • Zing!

  • ha, first! :D
