  • You can't go wrong with a Sony mini DV camcorder

The HC37 has a quality lens and a huge 40x zoom and is very easy to use and compact

You won't find a better DV camera for the money

  • Awesome vid of the scotish land. Btw, how do you get footage from your cam to the PC? Just because I need to know where to buy the lead from :).

  • You will need a firewire cable. I got mine from amazon but i think currys & comet also sell them

  • Cheers, baught the cable... do you know of any firewire to Usb adaptors?

  • No, I have a Mac with a firewire port

  • You need get a firewire port PCI CArd you can slot into the back of your PC, you can get them for about £8 on PCWorld Website. I ahd exactly the same problem with the HC-37.
