Well, I need to turn in my rider card. LOL Man, I wish I had started this young. Great throttle control! One question: How does he shift? Or do you just leave it in 2nd for him? It doesn't seem like he could reach. LOL

Anyway, if I thought my KLX351 was slow before... Man, I'm being beat by an 8-year-old! Props on ya, dad, for starting him young. Best way to learn. I bet he's wicked fast when he rides the smaller bikes.

He was doing great on the 450, but really it is quite stupid to have him on one of them at his age, if you put him on an 60, 80 or even a 125 (maybe) he would be super quick!

@ChambersHonda83 yes it does because i rode it. it had a c4 tranny and it was bored, stroked, cammed, and blown. Good old two strokes, but it blew a valve right through the guides, splitting the camshaft in two. now i'm 5 and 7/8 years old and I ride a YZF R1
