Ive got a computer (Vostro 200 slim tower) with 500 gb sata hard disk , ati radeon hd 4350 , intel core 2 duo E4600 2.40 ghz , 2 gig ram , can I play gta4 , because my friend got a torrent on my computer for it (I wasnt aware) and played it on low and it lagged alot , with the razor 1911 crack , im planning on buying or renting the legit cd , will it run over 20 fps? If so how much fps more than 20 will i get , or lower?

i added , charge probs? If u synchronized the controller with another ps3 that might be the prob, try putting it on usb connection ,try turning on using ps button , if that doesnt work , turn on manually and press and wait.
