actually the only system you can mod that plays this game is PS3 because it has internet connectivity and you can go on google on the system and look up Fallout 3 mods and download them into your system... so yes... PS3 is moddable... and thats why PS3 is soooo much better then 360!!

Sorry it took so long to reply. By "console", I don't mean 360 or PS3. Without going into the techy details, on PC, the "console" is a way for the player to play around with things in a game, by spawning things, for example. Some games lock it out, but if it is enabled, you can press the tilde key to access it. It's to the left of the 1 key and above TAB.
