@tenor529 What is an "80s band"? The 80s gave us Postpunk, the birth of Indie and Alternative, and the expansion of electronic music. It gave us music videos even. It was the real last decade for progression/advancement in music. There was a lot of corporate trash, but name me a decade which didn't have that? To this day no Pop trend has inspired as much violent rebellion as 70s Disco did. The 70s also gave us bloated Arena rock.
