  • Yep, you DONT want to curl your neck inward. Keep your neck in alignment with your back at all times.

    Take your time and feel the muscles being worked from start to finish while acknowledging your body is in proper form.

    The challenge is not the number of reps rather the quality of the movement or the form of the movement. The challenge is to do fewer reps of perfected form versus 50 of laxydazy form. Opposite of what is taught in the mainstream of society.
