The challenge is not the number of reps rather the quality of the movement or the form of the movement. The challenge is to do fewer reps of perfected form versus 50 of laxydazy form. Opposite of what is taught in the mainstream of society.
That's how my Sensei taught me to do crunches. Very good instruction!
