This show was a disaster except for Angle/Styles... Hogan and Flair were useless, Jeff Hardy was at home smoking dope, Scot Hall didnt wrestle (Nash and 123 Kid did awful), Sting did nothing, Nothing changed, this is the same old TNA. The buyrates (like the ratings, already down under 1.3?!) are gonna be awful

Royal Rumble and EC improved over the January and Feb ppv's of 2009 however. WWE is not in financial peril at all. It would be foolish to say that TNA doesnt have a shot, however in my opinion, it is highly unlikely that the WWE will go anywhere.

Whether you accept it or not, this is a good thing, I only just heard of this yesterday, I don't watch wrestling anymore, because WWE is the only thing around, I stopped watching around 2002 for a couple of reasons but either way I'm glad I did, I catch a Raw here and there by sheer coincidence, and oly watch for a few minutes, it is complete garbage, really, ppl can watch w/e they want, but the fact remains when cena is your star, your in trouble, vince you are no longer a genius, it happens

look i can understand, how the older fans (21-34) cant seem to let it go. because looking back in the late 80's and 90's we didnt realise how good we had it really. wrestling has been beyond dreadfull for the best part of the last decade. why? maybe through bad influences - ecw, or maybe the wrong people getting in power - triple h, vince russo. who knows. the only way it can go back to how it was and how it SHOULD be, is bringing it back to basics. family entertainment. older fans...its over.

the fans don't get excited anymore, everything has been done, then done again and again, then done once more. WWE are doing the right thing with the PG rating tryin to get a younger audience. thats the ONLY way it will freshen up again. all the fans who are 18-34 need to get over it. i'll always love wrestling but i havent followed it since 2001, i tune in every now and then if nothin else is on. but theres nothin more to be done.

I've been following Wrestling since the days of Hogan vs Andre, Flair vs Rhodes, etc...and I can tell you that WWE's current roster is at its worst. Randy Orton to me is the best at what he does (being a heel) and he knows how to sell it. You know it's bad when your champion (Cena) is boo'd constantly, and THATS your babyface.
It aint gonna be overnight, but with the right money behind TNA, they can really blow up.
