  • Wonder how many r now Delta

  • so you can try out to be an army ranger even if your in another branch

  • @sirJELLB cross-trained. Here is a little fact, the United States Air Force Combat Controller goes through the most/hardest training in the United States military. They also have the longest 2.5 years to complete it. This is due to the fact that they have to cross-train with every branches special forces because they are embedded with them.

  • @MrMAlosangeles Still doesnt mean that they go through Ranger School, they can if available, but the primary "cross training" they do is Jump School & HALO. True, Their Training along with the PJ's is pretty much the most intense of all of the Spec Ops community though.

  • @sirJELLB not any branch, there has to be a need in your current position/MOS that you would go to Ranger School, then there has to be an available slot for the school and also have your branch (usually Marines) sponsor you throughout your cycle. Air Force Operators ie:PJ's, AFCC's, etc can petition to go to ranger school as well, however, you have to remember that Ranger School is a leadership course, you aren't a REAL Ranger til you make it into the Regiment

  • An rangers willing to give me any tips for ranger traning?

  • @blacoacoa dont do Recon Marine ;)

  • To me..its better to try and be failed then try and quit

  • i still wanna be a ranger!!!

  • Бред у нас так срочная служба проходит ) что то у вас слабовато школа рейнджеров )

  • And so. The Rangers continue to, "Lead The Way"

  • 243 enter...42 exit as rangers ....woah

  • I only can say Whooaa ;)

  • Funny, my high school JROTC instructor, former Force Recon for 21 years and 2 tour veteran of Gulf War, voluntarily dropped out of ranger school twice. Don't let the title "Marine" fool you. It's JUST a title. What matters is what they do. And a longer processing section in bootcamp doesn't make it any tougher.

Rangers will always lead the way. The rest simply follow.

  • @SideWays8Productions That "MARINE" Nethanil Guy hold's most of the records up there @ Ranger School, I've worked around guy who've repeated various phases if not the school 2 even 3 time's that are outstanding Soldiers, & some dip shit that I wouldn't even trust with a patato gun that made it through on the first try... they definetly don't weed out the all the dumb asses during the "WALK PHASES" some graduate...

  • @SideWays8Productions I agree with U about the Marine Boot Camp, a bunch of them give their Navy Corpsman (Marine Medic's) counter parts shit for not going through their boot camp. For those who graduated Recon are a cut above the rest of the Marines, that includes the Navy Corpsman who have to go to the Army's 18D SF Medic Training. Recon has been in first an ass load of missions, U know Y? the president doesn't have to ask congress to use them like he does with Rangers.

  • @SideWays8Productions Don't think I'm shit talking Ranger's, a good majority of them are the finest soldiers I have ever worked with, I followed in various schools, SERE, 18D, SOF HRT, so that I can lead on the battle field. I like the Ranger motto, but I know any # of Army SF, Navy SEAL's, & Marine Recon operator's who will tell U the only time we follow "ANYONE" is to get their ass's outa shit or mop up the messes they made!!! Rangers may Lead the way but some of us don't follow SHIT!!

  • @SideWays8Productions Once again, Yell are a bonch of fine soldiers, but don't downplay or knock anyone elses acomplishment's because, ARC, BUDS, SF SELECTION, are a mother fucker to those who have completed them and when they get done they have have a whole pipe line to go through, HALO Jump School, SERE School, 18D, Combat Dive School, Bridge Port Cold Weather Training, to name a few we don't go through all of that to "SIMPLY FOLLOW"!!!

  • @Humbler32 Do you know if i have to know how to swim if i want to make it in Ranger school?. I mean like i played football, basketball, and i did track and cross country so througout highschool, so im in decent shape, but i never once hop in a swimming pool other than to cool off in the summer?

  • @logic109 Brother just about every Advanced Infantry / Special Operation Force school has water confidence training. I would love to get a seat @ Ranger school but it's rair for Navy STA or Recon Corpsman to get one because we rairly get leadership billit's with the Marines. Recon, SEAL's, & SWCC thrash the hell outa U N the water that's only because of their "PRIMARY" mission deal's with Amphibious Operational Movements form the Sea.

  • @logic109 So while Amphibious Docterin isn't a "PRIMARY" mission of Army Rangers or Army SF if I were U, I'd still make sure I were comfortable N the water before I attended. While it's not "REQUIRED" for Ranger's or Army SF to be combat dive certified like Recon, or SEALS the Army does have Dive contengent SOF force unit's. That school is an option if U have a Ranger patch or Green Beret, for the Army that school is down in the Florida Keys.

  • @logic109 Keep in mind though if you want to further your Career past Ranger or SF, combat dive is a must when groups like Combat Aplications Group(CAG) AKA Delta Force look at Operators for selection. So yeah be comfortable N the water, if you want to take it to the next level swim like a fish Brother...

  • @Humbler32 Ok thx. that was some useful info and i will keep that in mind.

  • @SideWays8Productions 2 tours in the golf war? i didnt know we were there long enough for 2 tours lol

  • @laydownyourarms21 Well you gotta remember, SOF have shorter deployment rotations. Rangers and SF have on average 2 to 4 months, as opposed to infantry, which in my dad's experience, 18 months. Recon is considered an SOF, so their deployment rotations are short as well, though more frequent.

Some Rangers have up to 8 tours in Iraq so far.

  • i know i'd fail this, to even begin with the fact I am a girl but i'd like to try :)

  • I am 15 year Hungarian kid later I would like to join the Rangers!!

  • I hold so much respect for these men knowing there out there keeping me safe....good job guys

  • For those who comment about who is best...who cares! Its US military!! Us guys! When its balls to the wall, we are all that count. Terrorist or commies don't care what branch you're from! They just wanna kill you!! I was US Army LRSD. I trained with Army scouts, Marine Recon, SF, SAS, Ranger Reg and one I can't mention. WE are all brothers and allies for a common cause....protecting our country!!! Much respect to you all!

  • best of the best, die like the rest

  • :')

  • Follow ME!

  • damn, this documentary kick ass! Wanna make me join the ranger after serving NG rather than continue college LOL

  • I can't believe I volunteered for this shit. Once I get outta AIT for 68W its ranger school...

  • wish i can join Marines

  • See that Marine...Ooh-rah!

  • graduating must be so unbelievably emotional, I can't imagine it lol

  • As i set here looking at all this training to be an Army Ranger,i think back to how it was when taking my training! I can say this,it was one of the hardest thing's i've ever done but,if i was able,i'ed do it all again! To all the men who have done this,i congradulate you,be Proud,be an Army Ranger,Lead the way!!

  • When i told my friends that i wanted to go for the rangers, they said the army is pussy...i dont think they'll believe that if they watched this series

  • haha they really suck

  • why these clips only like four minutes long

  • Whooaa!!!

Shout out to my Ranger Buddy Phillip Lear whom was one of the few who lost his life in the panama invasion. May he continue to rest in peace.

    Rangers Lead The Way!

    Out.

  • epic series of video clips

  • @m16pwnage1 you can't say the marines are better than the army. perhaps at certain things, but the army is better at certain things as well. and rangers train harder than force recon. recon's training is shorter and more devoted to just pain and brutality. ranger training is longer, more diverse, and in addition to the pain and misery they endure there is also far more sleep deprivation and psychological hardship. many recon marines have even stated that ranger training is tougher.

  • @MrHavaniceday Rangers lead the was screw he USMC!!!

  • @MrHavaniceday Most Recon Marines go to Ranger school, on top of Recon basic. Where do you get your information? Jesus.

  • Comment removed

  • @msk1911 um ok moron when did i say they didn't? what i'm saying is that many recon marines that have become rangers have said that ranger school was the pinnacle of their military career, not recon training. do you have any concept of how to read what people post?

  • @MrHavaniceday Oh, my god dumbasses with no military experience talking shit gotta love it. Go suck a Rangers dick.

  • @msk1911 haha ok little one first off this "dumbass with no military experience" is a former 31 Bravo MP from Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. do you want me to give you the name of my unit and NCO's as well? lol way to make yourself look like a moron by judging someone you've never met. and wtf are you doing dissing rangers on a ranger video comment page? are you really that anxious to pick a fight? go crawl back inside your dad's asshole you little nerd. lol

  • @MrHavaniceday Former Marine Corporal 2531, 3rdBN/5thMarines 1st Marine Division/31st MEU(SOC). 4 years active 4 years reserve(no promotions during reserves). T.A.C.P. (F.O.) first job, transferred to 2nd BN/5th Marines where I was attached to a support element for 1st Mardiv Force Recon doing SATCOM and long range comm. under Maj. Wheeler. Ended my tour working as a comm. NCO for DEA in Arizona and New Mexico under SSGT Garrett and SSGT Knox ( former Force Recon)(didn't like that job). FYI

  • @msk1911 of course its the marine dissing the rangers not surprised

  • @hollywoodsoldierxxx Army does it all of the time to Marines. As soon as boots, poolies, and wannabes realize that serving your country in any U.S. Military unit is good enough, people like me will shut the fuck up.

  • @msk1911 well dude this is why im army and i only hate on people who hate on the army i respect the marines but i hate people who make fun of the army i mean army goes and dies and doesnt get respect

  • @MrHavaniceday and No, I don't dislike Rangers. I live right by Ft. Lewis and go shooting with a couple down in the Capitol Forest from time to time. We give each other shit, but respect each other and have many laughs. I don't like people that belittle, hate or discredit Marines of which I have seen on forum posts lately; because of all of the dumbshits online I'm beginning to hate the fucking Army. Thanks

  • @msk1911 well more power to ya man. thanks for your service. and fyi you may think it's the army that has the attitude problem, but i've never met a marine that wasn't completely full of himself and thought he was better than the other branches. i'm not belittling marines, i do have respect for them, but since day one i've always noticed that high and mighty attitude like they're invincible and everyone should kiss their asses. one of the reasons i told my marine recruiter no.

  • Ipanema...this "glorified infantry" could be the reason your ass is still free

  • Man Im in JROTC and the talk is all about AIRBORNE RANGERS I wish to become an AIRBORNE RANGER it sucks that I got to wait till I get out of HighShool no matter how many people put me down I will be an AIRBORNE RANGER HOOAH!

  • My dad was an army ranger! Watching this series just blows my mind that my dad was actually a part of that. It's amazing to me and I gained a lot more respect for my dad. I just wish he was here so I could show him my appreciation. It would be his 59th birthday today too! RIP Dad.

A special thanks to those who fight for our freedom everyday. I have so much respect for y'all.

    Y'all are awesome.

  • thanks for putting up these videos they helped me understand what is ahead of me

  • I look forward to joining the Rangers. Rangers lead the way!

  • I have faith my son will give his best and make it to the end. He has it in his blood.....he is related to a Green Beret. :-)

  • My army son is heading to Ranger School in Georgia this month. He has served his country with 3 combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and completed Sniper School. These videos helped me to understand the rigorous training the men will go through. Thank you for sharing these Ranger School videos.

  • @mckinley1175

    He's right lol

To even be considered you have to pass a couple tests at MEPS, and even if u do pass ranger school you have to be selected to actually join the detachment and go on missions. I wish they had a more recent documentary though lol because a lot has changed.

Good luck to anyone who's considering joining.

    Rangers lead the way!

  • I demand to see some women in these videos >:[

  • @wenenen Women aren't allow to do combat. I think.

  • @wenenen women arent even alound in any special forces. green berets, rangers, navy seals...

  • Just cause you pass Ranger school doesn't mean your a Ranger this is misleading.

  • This is my dream. All I want to do is get through college ROTC, go active duty army, and then go to Ranger School. Not just go to, but pass. Pass with flying colors. It would be an honor to stand among these fine men.

  • I'm only 16, and I'm not exactly the "muscle" type. I've been fighting atrophy in my arms for the past year. I've gotten stronger. I've always wanted to become a soldier. Nothing's ever successfully convinced me otherwise. Watching this video series, I started to become intimidated. Scared, if you will. But this last video reassured me that there is nothing you can't do if you set your mind to it. One day, I'll be a U.S. Army Ranger just like the guys in this video. No pain, no gain.

  • Army Rangers don't die, we just go to hell to regroup!

    Salute!

  • @LemonSpriteLuver That's for the marines too .

  • 15 people failed ranger school on the first day

  • im joining the army on tuesday and im goin 13 foxtrot with airborne ranger and i swear on my life i WILL PASS RANGER SCHOOL

anyway.. best of luck to you.

  • @joshmahas Good luck.

  • @joshmahas I hope you passed brother!

  • I watched this from number 1 to 9 and I'm exhausted. What these guys do is amazing and bless them for serving.

  • Good job guys, but lets not forget the British SAS, Parachute Regt and the Royal Marines Commandos. Along with the US SF, badass's one and all!

  • @bigdude90 you have to go to rasp to even be selected for ranger school ; and i disagree with that one, just because you are not assigned to a ranger regiment doesn't mean you ain't Ranger. there are rangers in all sorts of MOS all over the place

  • Congradulations!!! i watched this from (part 1), i loved it all. i wouldent attempt it but well done, all and all that failed, keep trying never give up... 1 day just 1 day you will become your dreem. (A RANGER)

  • Job well done! I hope most of these guys join ARM!!!!

  • why are marines always talking shit on these videos...guys..WE'RE ON THE SAME TEAM

  • Marine devil dog took top honor. No surprise there! Semper Fi!!!

  • @2:15-17...two Marines shaper than the rest...you can tell by the covers on their head its flat on top and sits high on the back..SemperFi!!!

  • Rangers do work.

    SEALs take the credit.

    Soldiers get the glory.

Marines are still trying to remember how to lace their boots.

Do I even need to bring up the AF?

    RANGERS LEAD THE WAY! HOOAH!

  • i would love that but i dont know if i could take it

  • I can't wait for my turn.

  • watching this vedio remember me of call of duty modern warfare 2

  • @failcompilation123 video games are shit

  • These guys are badass, I would like to see myself as an army ranger hopefully I will.

  • Give me a brigade of regular U.S.Army infantry, and I will hunt down the Ranger units and serve them to you on a platter!

  • I graduated class 10 45

  • @RoguOutbreak No you didn't.

  • @RoguOutbreak hu-fucking-a

  • Im 25 and i start infantry airborne with the 40 package sept. 12, 2011! i cant wait for this. HUA!

  • @jwpursley it's spelled HOOAH! You ought to get this right private. But any way, good luck. Ranger lead the way HOOAH!

  • @jwpursley HOOAH we in the army spell it like that. just don't be the dumbass that gets 'infintry' tatooed on your chest. I hope you know what HOOAH means, generally it is anything but no, but you will find your own meaning of the word later on in your career. i found mine. HOOAH!

  • 3:07

    that dad is proud

  • i want this, i want my family to see me accomplish something. i want to stand in front of them while they sit in the stands and graduate. :/ i will one day. :]

  • @SmithsAvailable Hope you make it man best of luck.

  • I wanna be a US Army Ranger so bad. Too bad im a girl and only 15. Guess i gotta wait atleast 6 years.

  • If our basic infantry were trained like this, think of how the course WOULD be.

  • My respects to all Rangers. These guys are some of the best in the world.

  • Damn I bet once you graduate from that class you'll feel like an unstoppable badass. My respects to all those Rangers out there. I know what it's like to fight the tiredness and sleepiness and I know its not easy to overcome. These guys are tough. Even those who dropped half way.

  • The black guy is Sergeant Foley!

  • Rangers Lead The Way!

  • @ChevyNova808 All The Way!

  • For mother Russia

  • i think 1 ranger could take the 15 dorks OUT!

  • @jbeng1953 i bet he could take the 719 who liked it out if he was ordered to haha

  • once you get that tab you are a bad ass for life. the best of the best.

Rangers - SF - Force Recon - Seals

if you make one of these titles, you are on the list of the best soldiers in the world and perhaps even history

  • @SoldierCyfix how bout marines

  • @xecidex Marines, Soldiers airmen and sailors are just that. they are proud of their status but the ones i named are all special ops. they are a level up your normal Marine or Soldier

  • @SoldierCyfix what about their task force ?

  • @SoldierCyfix

    no marines lead the way

  • @SoldierCyfix The Army Rangers are nothing more than glorified infantry!

Infantry School is the most important training for a soldier. Upon successful completion of training, you are awarded the Infantry MOS, 11B or 11C, and the right to wear the blue cord.

  • @GirlFromIpanema1966 YOU FROM BRAZIL GIRL!!! RLTW!!!! RANGERS ARE SPECIAL OPS !!! RECOGNIZE AND RESPECT THAT!!!!

  • @SoldierCyfix you forget marien recon

  • @SoldierCyfix

What about the Green Berets soldier? Whats your branch? I am a U.S. army Soldier

  • @SoldierCMy mistake man I read over your message to fast I didn't notice the SF you had after Rangers... All in all what branch do you serve under comrade?

  • @Apesketch360 mine is good ol U.S Army, kicking ass since 1775

  • @SoldierCyfix Best of the best brother Hooah!

  • RANGERS LEAD THE WAY

  • Love my tab

  • 243 students started the class, only 42 graduated....wow

  • RANGER THE FUCK UP!

  • what do they do when there done go into war or just go back home lol?

  • @BuryMyGrave not all of them are assigned to Ranger Regiments. Even Reservists can go to ranger school, then come home and drill at certain units that support or will pay for the training. Im in a Combat ENgineer Unit as a 91b mechanic (used to be 63b) and i have a ranger tab.

  • @BuryMyGrave they probably get a few weeks off then go to war

  • Congratulations Rangers!

  • There are 42 emperors on this world today.

  • Do u have to be in regular military b4 tryin for rangers?

  • @proboboy1234

I think you do, I know I've heard somewhere Marines are offered to go through the Ranger test after they graduate at their school.

  • Wait? Do u have to go to army basic training for 9 weeks first, and then go to army ranger training for another 9 weeks?

  • @40000watts

I think you do, I know I've heard somewhere Marines are offered to go through the Ranger test after they graduate at their school.
