Hey I just wanted to send ya a message and say I think your weight loss is so freakin awesome ...i hope i have as much success as youve had with yours! I am having my lap. rny gastric bypass this week...sept/10/08 and i am so scared! but i know this will be a good thing for me . i was wondering... did u get up and walk to same day u had the surgery or wait? i was told walking as soon as possible was important. thanks for being such a great positive inspiration in a sea of negitive info.
