Great post! I appreciated your discussion of a much needed change from industrial age methods w/ x rows of students in classroom with a teacher at head of the class. Another strong point you make is the one about education on the internet or otherwise was primarily made available only to those who could afford it.That being said, I also appreciate that you do not exclude traditional institutions as a means of learning b/c some do learn better in a classroom setting, but not all.

Love the comic book idea!
Excellent! Found this after doing a search for ivan illich.His book on deschooling society is fascinating.
My ownly gripe is the text is hard to read.
