  • you get what you pay for. So if you go cheap, be expecting to get shitty results...you learn the hard way...Stakabol or Finamax II pills may be expensive but the results are incredible. Monster Milk is a great protein to combine with those pills...

  • i am not trying to be rude...but i have no idea what he is saying. can't understand him at all.

  • is it me or is this guy in not good enough shape to tell ppl what to take?

  • "is it me or is this guy in not good enough shape to tell ppl what to take?"

    Some of the strongest, most athletic guys around don't look like anything special. Not everyone is big and lean all the time.

  • glutamin is just another Amino acid ... just good one for people who workout

  • glutamine has a lot of health benefits...the body needs it.

  • Glutamine seems to be the same as creatine reguarding water requirement while supplementing as it can make you dehydrated.

    But doesnt not seem to have the same muscle mass gaining effect like creatine. Glutamine is supposed to increase your training endurance and recovery. It is widely held as a legitimate supplement and not snake oil but if i had to choose i would favour creatine. At $40 for a 2 year supply exeriment and see.

  • Glutamine is just another amino acid. ALL aminos have the same effects of glutamine. there is no reason to single out and pay for the most abundant amino found in food and in our body. get a protein that has a good amino acid profile and your needs are more than met. and yes i know glutamine has been proven to speed recovery and slow muscle protein breakdown but so does every other amino.

  • I take creatine and protein. What are the benefits of glutamine and is it neccessary?

  • lol glutamine does not help in endurance it just helps with recovery. creatine is for endurance and strength.

  • it also slows down muscle breakdown and muscle loss when your body is not getting enough protein.

  • >=D NICE
