@SaiyanPrince666 he weapon glitched it. if you look real close, even though he is playing as Don, if you look at the edges and top of the screen you see floating swords from leo. thats whats actually hitting the technodrome. Don just stands and watches

@scottw182 the sewer that the boss is in is randomly picked when the level begins. you pick one and hope it's the one with the boss in it. since this is a TAS, obviously he will get it right on the first try and it will be the whole closest to him.

NES games were assholes and i love them to this day for it.

I have the game! And i played it. When i was looking for a quick path, i looked at tgis vid and.. it IS speeded up. Maybe not the vid but the game you have played to.

@dattebayodave The story *I* heard was that you needed Shredder's mutating gun to return Splinter to his proper form. More to the point, you needed to kill Shredder before *he* could use the gun on *you*, thus dooming the world.

Of course, given that Splinter's recovery never stuck, more likely Shredder was just a big baddie who needed to go, and the story of restoring him was just extra incentive. Whatever it takes to motivate the kids, I guess.
