My guess is that this documentary is at least 10 yrs old. What this clip doesn't mention is the competitive challenges that are now posed by the Gulf based carriers. BA, LH and AF-KL have to reckon with the US megacarriers, the Gulf airlines and the LCCs on their home turf. Good luck guys because you're going to need it.
