@5meinteil, I think he meant rulers in general. Although I do find it a little disturbing to see someone like Hitler. Unless you like how he brought Germany back from being a crappy country, and not the infamous deeds he did (Holocaust, Kristallnacht, WWII)
@ButrScochMonks, get the expansion packs Warlords or Beyond the Sword. Preferably Beyond the Sword because you get everything from Warlords, except the scenarios.
You can watch the videos "What did Civ IV leaders really look like". The person has an animated picture of the leader then several pictures/paintings/sculptures of that person. It's long though. There are 6-9 videos, each has 4-5 leaders and they are around ten minutes long.
