Klaus STOLE this semi-precious stone artwork by Chilean jewelers. It DIDN'T belong to him as he DIDN'T SIGN anything (no bilateral agreement, treaty etc.)
The fact is that the pen in front of him was left there from signing of bilateral agreement Chile - Czech Republic (only) by Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Karl Schwarzenberg.
Even the excuses the kleptomatic Klaus gave back home ("It was just a protocolar BALL pen! I don't even know where it is", etc.) are cheap, calculated lies
