  • Couple of things one it was made in 1979 so it wasnt truly an 80's song, two it's not a beginners song cuz no beginner could play that solo, also your playin the intro wrong I'll tab it out just to let you know I play by ear I dont like lookin at tabs but Ill tab this intro

    E

    B

    G

    D 55 5 5 5

    A

    E 33 3 3 33 2bend

  • quite good job. thanks

  • awesome!

  • Thanks.

  • The beginning of the intro kind of reminds me of the intro to "Pretty Vacant" by the Sex Pistols. I guess that vould be a great beginners song to :) Thanks for the great lessons!

  • Thanks man all ur lessons helped me. Especially this one. Keep it up man.

  • You still need to give him credit for making the song at least recognizable.

  • who cares? your a dumbass and nobody is making a big deal out of that.

  • It should be "G.G-G.G G-G G-G G.G-G.Fminor", it's great anyway. We wanted to play My Sharona in the music project at school. Thanks!

  • The note is F#. The F#m chord isn't part of it. It actually is just an F# note slurred into the low G after one full pass of the G-g riff.

He also says B for the chord in the chorus once instead of properly saying Bb, as he had correctly said previously.

  • Oops, I wanted to say "F#", but I'm not very good at music-related English. :D

  • hey bro thanks for the subscribe its a good thing ur doing with ur lessons ur real good too, keep it up

  • Sorry Josh, you probably are good guitarist and mybe thats your vision of " MY SHARONA " but you play it wrong

  • . . .
