  • This System could travel at 600 km/h on a longer track and does not cause noteworthy abrasion. The test-track in Germany is in use since 1983 and nearly 780.000 km run over it and it did not need any reconstruction.

It is ashaming, that germany is not able to build an application track because of this fucking socialistic greenies in german parliament.

  • 這是相吸型 的磁浮列車

    列車包住整個鐵軌

  • this is so cool. i just came to SH, and I think i should try it myself too

  • the 1st, and then the 2nd to last shots are the ones where u can see clearly the speed at which it's going.

Next time maybe film it from a little further away so the speed relative to the background can be more noticeable.

Nonetheless, this is the best video of the Shaghai maglev taken from the outside that I've seen.

    Thanks for posting!

  • r u sure this is at the 431kph point of track?

  • the telephoto camera perspective gives a false impression of slow speed!

  • it looks so slow doesnt it?

  • how loud, or how anoying would you describe the sound/noise of the train at that speed?

  • This is the best video I've seen of the SMT. Fantastic!!! I could sit trackside all day and watch/listen!
