You don't have to create a US PS account. I'm from NZ, I just got my friend to get me the code, then I registered it on the Subway.com site then used that code on my NZ account.

I currently live in Denmark and unfortunately i don't live in the US. There is no way for me to get a code unless it is through another person. Anyone with a spare code please reply to this thread and tell me what i can do to get the code from you. I would appriciate any help for me and the other people who are in the same situation...
