it is; it was a Gaelic tv programme on the life or Màiri Mhòr, ( Màiri Mhòr na h-orain agus 'sa bheatha" (Màiri Mhòr the songs and her life). It is hard to get but I have a copy and am going to post most of it on here. She did not speak any english and was wrongly accussed of theft and tried in an English speaking court. The bitterness of this started her writing songs - at the age of about 50. She went on the become the bard for the crofters movement to oppose the landowners
