Balik kampung is not an annoying song . We always sing this song when hari raya , even Chinese and Indians also enjoy this sing . Fyi , this song was made by our legendary singer , allahyarham sudirman . He such a great singer .

malaysia have many festivals because they have many races n religions..each festival got their own songs which repeatedly over n over, the same goes with hari raya, chinese new year, thaipusam n etc..each celebration got their own song..it's just happened u visit malaysia while they having their hari raya..you should enjoy there more n please visit malaysia again..n there r lot of rude people (each country has it xD) over the internet..let them be.. ;) - from malaysia with love

actually, Malay is one of the races in Malaysia, at 0:34 when u said 'aku Melayu' it literally translates to 'I am malay' instead of 'I am Malaysian'....

chinese/indian/malay = are Malaysian if they've born there..
