  • Great video! I feel compelled to tell you that your perceptions of the WELS perceptions of ministry are off, though. WELS teaches and believes that there is ONE form of ministry, the Ministry of the Word, which is to be exercised by all Christians. The various "forms" of ministry, however, are determined by the people and situations that create them. In no way ought a woman's ministry supersede the biblical precedent of submission.
