You don't appear to be aware that money is debt printed out of thin air by privately owned central banks which government then pay interest on. The answer is to have what counties such as Sweden, Canada, New Zealand and most notably China has or still have- namely a nationalzed Central Bank which the government prints its own currency. BTW Is is under conditions of the Single currency which makes Ireland borrow.

The money didn't get transfered, the money wasn't there, we spent money we didn't have like many foolish people do with their credit cards, there, always comes the day when the money needs to be paid back, and we didn't have it, we were allowed to spend more and more on credit basis, well not us the banks were cos the boasted high credit ratings and their assets had equity, the market quickly turned and the money couldn't be paid back, simple as!
