Hi! There is a guy at my job who I am talking to. And if you know about dating on the job, you know that rumors can spread super fast. Well he claims he likes me but always gives me the excuse that he don't want me in the mix of drama that he got himself in. I understand where he is coming from, but if he really likes me should he even care about what others think or say? Im 20yrs old and I don't as much as people say I should but I'm scared to get hurt. Any advice?

There is this ugly woman at work who likes me, and it really pisses me off because she just doesnt get the message that I am not interested. this is so confusing. Woman like to play hard to get as if they are not interested and yet you make it seem as if the only way a guy can let a girl know if a guy likes you by showing it. Yet when a guy does that you woman over exadurate and say its too much blah blah blah. Guys do the things you say to get respect, not because they are not interested. If a guy is not interested, most of the time they are upfront about it unlike most woman in america.
