I have to say, to take a child, divorce, and practically kidnap the child, this mother had to be a real piece of trash. Not because she is Brazilian, I mean all women who would do such a thing, American, European, whatever.

I agree, but due to what has happened, things got very insensitive. The "right" thing would have been joint custody between the parents when she was alive, so when she passed, the father could still have brought him down to be with the family/sibling.

But since they practically stole the child from the father, who would blame the father for saying, "You can see him, but you will come here, and it will be supervised."

At least this child has parents that care.

Imagine having a baby that you loved to your life, your husband one day says hes taking the child camping, leaves the country, then decides to not return, divorces you, marries another woman who happens to be a high powered lawyer in that nation. Now your child is calling another woman mommy, you are constantly made a villain to your baby.
