He does a double lift when he flips the Queen of Hearts over. He actually has the Ace Clubs underneath it so when he turns it back down, the Ace of Clubs is the top card. Then he switches the Ace of Clubs with his Queen of Diamonds, and keeps the guy distracted by talking and by shoving the Queen of Diamonds in and out, but then switches the Queen of Diamonds with the Ace of Spades. Really smooth and fast.

Here I will try to reveal the coin trick real quick for you, well its a very simple trick actually, as you can see the woman gave him a coin then he switched it to his customized coin, which is already cut in half and have like an invisible string like a rubber band which pulls back, so he takes it in his mouth and when he let go it goes back in place do to the stretching string.
