  • Bought back memories. I had a ZX Spectrum as a Christmas present in 1983. Your video has transported me back to those days. I remember Your Sinclair well, as they use to be based at Rathbone place above a computer shop (I think). My father use to work on the PO nx door.

  • These really are fantastic videos - Thanks so much for making them. (more of a crash and zzapp64 fan myself though)

  • It's just memory after memory flowing in, the music, the mags and the games! This is a work of art. Thank you for making these vids. They are magical.

  • I don't understand - R-Type was out on the Spectrum for Xmas '88 and Super Hang On out for Xmas '87 - *after* being arcade releases.

  • Wonderful !

    Thank you :)

  • Excellent work. This kind of work should be archived for the historical record. Over the years, I always expected a mainstream documentory about 80s computer culture to surface at some point, but I guess it was just too niche for even cable channels. Thanks for filling the niche perfectly.

  • These things make me happy. Thanks

  • Nicely done Nick, as always.

  • Fantastic work! Long live the speccy ;)

  • Good work Nick :)

  • Love the software house artics delivering the speccy games. Excellent work!

  • Well done Nick.Just say scraped in the 2009 X-mas deadline!.
