You don't need to pursue any degree in music to be part of an ensemble. However, auditions are held for seating and band placement for both jazz and classical.

Nice sound. I'm transfering to NAU this coming fall 2009 and I was curious if you have to be a music major or minor to be part of an ensemble. Just thought I'd ask someone in the program :) I'm a trumpet player by the way. ftw
