Apparently Kylie was offered the song Toxic and she heard a snippet of a demo of it in one of her studio sessions but she and her team passed on it(which she in retrospect regretted). It was written by Cathy Dennis who also wrote Can't Get You Outta My Head.
Haha nah, I wish I was a bit more informed about her but I'm not. From the few songs I've heard I can tell she's got a knack for writing some real catchy tunes
