@cman2k56 click Start, go to Run, type in "dxdiag" and read the information that comes up about your computer parts. Compare them to the minimum requirements, I think you can find them on the APB site. Then you will know if you can play this.

Just get a new PC. £400 will easily get u a PC capable of running any of todays games at high settings, if you build it yourself or get someone else who knows how to build it for you.

I'm really going to love this game, it has the best customization ever, it's going to be humans vs. humans. (i'm tired of fighting computers) and It doesn't have leveling that's what took the fun out of other online games it took to long to level up. I've never really liked GTA but this is going to be really awesome.

Actually JoshuaE1990, it's PC only. They've said it'll be PC only for first release, and then afterwards they'll be considering porting it over to not just Xbox 360, but PS3 as well. So even if they do port it, i'd say it'll be about another year before we hear anything about it.

In podcast #6 in one question that is answered you'll notice that the guy said that they are not going to release it for 360 yet and are not even sure if there are going to be console versions of the game. They may do it if they have a chance but they confirmed that the 360 version is not sure to be coming out and even if it was it's not going to be the same date as the PC version. Check out Podcast #6 and you'll see. ;)

i guess you are right, though some mmofps claimed to be a mmo but only had 64 player pvp.. Where that can be done on FPS titles like bf2. THis game i believe has 100 players..so is that 50 vs 50..while is was feasible to do 128 player matches in battlefield 2 but was left out. Though mmo rpgs like guildwars or Champions online has multiple servers with 80-100 players on a server at once..so the line between these types of games i guess is merging..

Yaa I know but with the game a good 5+ months away, I think it'd be best for people to put their focus on testing. I mean they've been pick from thousands of applicants that not everyone will be able to get into right away but i'm not discouraging people from playing it I just don't want 90% of the people in the beta being the beta gamers(people who go from beta to beta without doing any actual beta testing).

The only beta i took seriously was crime craft but that game turned out terrible, i did send it bug info and etc alike, it was never fixed, the game was an epic fail, but this is realtime worlds, ill be proud to help a real, highly skilled company. Actually public betas today are for publicity, note I said public beta and not open beta. Most companies today have betas to stress test their servers and show off their game. It's a great way hype people about your game. Bug finding is just a bonus.
