Get a Raptor 30 without a doubt. Its the most popular cheap to run and reliable helicopter on the market. Its a great machine to learn on. If your experienced skip the 30 and get a Raptor 50. Even if your not experienced, if your sure your gonna stick with it get a 50. Thats what I did and saved myself some money in the process.

I got a CP and the stability sucks! I hated it, so I got rid of it. Now I have a Blade CX2, I know it's a beginner heli, but that's all I can fly in the space I now have due to the place I used to fly is now prohibiting all RC "TOYS"!!! that sucks!
