He can name himself this, but this won't enhance his status in relation to god. @manu2banu A prophet's success is not measured like other human endeavors. A prophet succeeds when his prophecies do NOT come to pass. When Jonah prophesied that Nineveh would be destroyed, enough people repented and the city was saved. Eventually, however, Nineveh was destroyed. So, if WW 3 has been temporarily mitigated through the prayers of the faithful, you should be rejoice, instead of vilifying the prophet.

Just my point of view. Armageddon is a place and not a date. When armies needed to fight a pitched battle, a nice flat piece of ground was the place to do it. Gog is the chief prince of Mesech and Tubal, which are two provinces in Turkey. The chief Prince today of Turkey is Abdullah Gul. I just do not see Abdullah Gul leading any invasion of Israel.

Unless the folks living now survive the Tribulation age (very slim chance) through the Millennium Age until the short time after where Satan is released from the pit, folks won't be alive to see Magog and Gog invade.

He can name himself this, but this won't enhance his status in relation to god. To clearify all prophets knew that there were prophets, there objective was to spread to message to other people, those prophets would recieve revalations from god, and spread the message amongst the people.

When Jonah prophesied that Nineveh would be destroyed, enough people repented and the city was saved. Eventually, however, Nineveh was destroyed. So, if WW 3 has been temporarily mitigated through the prayers of the faithful, you should be rejoice, instead of vilifying the prophet.

Just my point of view. Armageddon is a place and not a date. When armies needed to fight a pitched battle, a nice flat piece of ground was the place to do it. This was true from the time of large ancient arimes, the greeks having the first well documented battles, to the battle of Kursk in 1943. But of course any word can be used by anyone to mean anything.
But the ol' boy here does bring his view's over well, in a calm way, without the shouting and raving of some others.

Gog is the chief prince of Mesech and Tubal, which are two provinces in Turkey. The chief Prince today of Turkey is Abdullah Gul. I just do not see Abdullah Gul leading any invasion of Israel.

@MrMilitantviper Psalm 83 is more of a prayer then a prophecy. There is no indication that that prayer will be answered at any time other than at Armageddon. The same is true with Isaiah's prophecy of the destruction of Damascus.

Britain and America are the two leading nations that exemplify Western civilization. In Daniel chapter 18, the ram symbolizes Western civilization and the two horns symbolize Britain and America.

@Britishmark77 , I agree, some news accounts are factual. For example, the Lisbon newspapers in October, 1917, reported that 80,000 people saw the sun dance at Fatima. After the sun danced in the sky it gave off colored sparklers and plunged towards the earth. The people who were there, including the newspaper reporters, thought it was the end of the world. The newspapers could not explain this event, but everyone familiar with Revelation 12:1, knew this was a fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

@thirdeaglebooks You seriously believe that hapened?I can tell that you've had a fairly limited exposure to logic..If the sun were to actually move from its orbit to the extent you suggest the entire solar system would have been destroyed causing the death of every living thing due to such things as disprutions of tides, massive heat fluctuations & all of the planets literally falling out of orbit.Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. Not just a report in a Portugese newspaper lol.
