The trailer bascially spoiled the whole movie you know whats going to happen she dies in the end and they found the tape. Now a days films are using the cloverfied effect to make people see this move. It's one of those movies where the trailer is better than the movie

Being closed up in a dark house with no way out is a lot scarier, IMO. It also fits the story perfectly, in tracing everything to how things started. But meh, I personally enjoyed REC, so I'd recommend everyone to give this a shot.
