great tutorial, but my problem is that i have to square the cards either on my chest or a table. how do i square the cards in the hands

This is also my favorite shuffle. I use to just cut the cards and do a sloppy shuffle when I was about 7 then when I saw mismag822's videos and got into magic I just picked up the cards and was able to do it. Yet I cannot do a very good faro shuffle. Also I don't know why I use the table when i do it, even though I do it perfectly fine in air.

Wow! You have no idea how much this helped me! I tryed to learn this shuffle from Encyclopedia of Magic, but their tutorial was not very clear on how to keep the cards from falling. After i watched you video it only took me about 1-2 hours to get the knack for it. Thanks alot!

This is my favorite shuffle because you don't require a surface. You can do this while hanging upside down if you wanted to.
