@TheSouthPark1234---> Hopefully nobody was hurt but, Sedalia is garbage! Home of intolerance, prejudice and hate. I was stuck there for 8 months and hated the ignorant people, terrible food, lack of attractions and failure to get with the times. A bunch of fricken hateful bible beaters fearing and hating anything they don't understand or believe in.
Well i don't know where you are from, but I guarantee that you have that completely and totally wrong. Sedalia is a great town with a lot of historical value. You have to look past the flaws and see what a great and flourishing town it really is. That tornado was a tragedy that left many people without homes, so take that smug, I'm better than you, shit, and find another video to post trash on.
You can thank all of the shithead voters in Missouri and the Governor of Florida for the debacle that was the 2000 election. With Gore in office, this extreme weather would be a little less extreme. Enjoy the warm day today, but don't blame me 50 years from now when you have to wear a spacesuit to go outside in the summer and when Florida is underwater.
I heard about sedalia tornado warning on the news and i prayed that everyone was allright there. Thank god it wasn't bad. I live in the kc metro so there was lil red bar at the bottom of the tv to tell US to take cover lol.
Great video and the tornado circulation may have reached the ground at your location. The condensation clouds didn't extend to the ground but the tornado rotation may have touched down briefly.
@radioxdeath How far is the filmsight from the fairgrounds, please? There is lots of interest these days from the festival goers that filled your town back in '74.

Excellent footage...I was curious to know if we'd actually had a tornado or not as reports conflicted on tv. Thanks for sharing!
