No, it's not about killing yourself. This song is a sort of metaphor for her abusive relationship. She was 'terrified, but not leaving', as many women in abusive relationships are. It's Russian Roulette, because she doesn't know what will happen - "you play for kill", so she could be killed. I actually think this is a great example for young women who saw her gather the strength to leave, and now sing this great song to show other young girls how dangerous and wrong abusive relationships are. :)

Russian Roulette is a game which (according to wiki) originated from Russia (hence the name) and was played with a six-shot revolver and one bullet. One person would hold it to their head, spin, and pull the trigger. It was played because of suicide, boredom, or bravado. In this song, it's not like she's being suicidal, she's just relating her relationship that she had with Chris to the game because of the chances that someone could get hurt. Or at least that's how I interpret it.
