this is hardly how a true new englander makes chowder. this is how folks from elsewhere imagine it should be made. just to begin with, no thickener, or roux, goes into new england style chowder. this simply looks awful!!
agreed. i went to another clam chowder recipe because i cant decipher which comes next. you could fit this whole thing on one video. why split it into so many parts? advertising?
