Anyone can train themselves to do the power moves given the time and dedication. But real break dancing is defined in your own way through your top and low rock.

Respect to EC for their amazing power moves and control with them. However in my opinion they, along with other breakers, don't need to focus so much on the power moves.

Diversity is a dancers greatest weapon in a battle.

not gymnasts lol i think all breakers are gymnasts these days but im old school and its looks like alot of gymnastics, very stylish of course, but the competition dictates that breaking moves to a new level of fitness the new generation is much more airborn it should be renamed airbreak! back in the day 6 step and windmill was amazing spectacle! nowdays you have to train like a gymnast to compete, these guys can do gymnastics no problem.. its just not as much fun! peace.
