how could anyone be angry at Tina fey? the kid is almost dead because her parents were more interested in fame and money than her health. none of us know if Tina could even contact Lindsay at this point in her life, maybe it was her one shot at hitting her with a dose of reality, or maybe she got remarkably scared when she saw her in person and had a real, motherly reaction to her physical state.

Yeah I think she's really disappointed in her. I used to like really admire her because she was so simple and she was just so natural before. I'm still waiting for her to get back on track. And I miss her red hair.
