  • Fucking muddy!

  • I love how Karl started cracking up at the beginning.

  • could there be a longer name? hahahahahaha

  • @bruceleerules747 actually yes, haha. Chapter Of Obeisance Before Giving Breath To The Inert One In The Presence Of The Cresent Shaped Horns, the 6th track from Annihilation of the wicked, is 18 words while Papyrus.. is 17.

  • @Alexilaiho6Six6 I think that was the title of the demo version of this song xD

  • @Alexilaiho6Six6 oh my god lmao lol

  • sanders guitar is probably the most metal looking guitar out there... but there is just no point even having one unless u can sweep like a beast... ull just feel unworthy holding such a majestic thing otherwise.. btw my favourite song name is 'hope lies in the heart of even the darkest soul' by mendeed, not the longest but..

  • Any person thinking these guys can't play is a complete idiot. I have to hand it to Karl, too, I imagine it can't be too easy to play guitar when you're fucked up like he is in these videos....but he makes it LOOK easy :D

  • their tone makes them sound worse than they are

  • Fucking brutal!

  • Papyrus containing the spell that... I got nothing there awesome :L

  • I don't know why people give so much crap towards Nile. They're just a technical death metal band led by two older guys who seem quite jolly, they're not even overly popular, and I've not once seen them say something like "we're the best".

It's a tragic shame that death metal is plagued by elitist morons who care more about appearing to know more about metal than actually enjoying metal. It's just music, not fucking politics. Don't like it, don't listen to it.

  • @TalonWolf thumbs up! you said it absolute exactly right :)

  • fucking playing with distortion level over 1000

nile aint got shit on spawn of possession

  • @salvfak So your argument is you don't like the tone of their amps. Good for yooooou ^____^

  • @TalonWolf well not exactly. i've never been impressed with sanders, but the other player seems really decent tho, it's that their music seems to me kinda overrated and i feel bad for bands like SOP that didn't get the attention they deserve

  • @salvfak What death metal band does these days? :(

I like SOP, but they're both entirely different bands. To me that's like trying to compare Pink Floyd to The Beatles. In terms of technicality, SOP win, but technicality isn't my - and many others - main concern. Nor do I believe it should be. There are too many dicks (not saying you are one) out there who only listen to the most technical music and trashtalk everything else. Support all death metal, not just the most 'skilled', basically.

  • Floating Hand ftw

  • "Papyrus Containing the Spell to Increase the Picking Speed of Dallas and Karl's Hands So Much that their Strings Start Burning and Catch Fire and Fly off Their Guitars At Over 9000 Miles An Hour, Killing all the Stupid Indie, Emo, Deathcore, and Crunkcore Bands that Happen To Be Near Them At That Moment In Time and Create Crocodiles to Instantly Devour Those Whom Have Missed the First Attack and Those Who Nile Detest"

  • Skullet!

  • Papyrus Containing the Spell to Preserve Brutal and Intelligent Metal Against Attacks from the Commercial Deathcore Foes Who Derive Pleasure from Anal Copulation

  • @NecroButcher91 These are getting cliched, but i actually liked yours :) Nice. Thumbs up given.

  • @NecroButcher91 hm, I derived plenty of pleasure from anal copulation with your sister.

  • @NecroButcher91 By this comment alone, I know you are an outstanding individual, and probobly very handsome.

  • @NecroButcher91 thats gotta be one of the funniest damn things I've seen on youtube as a comment thumbs up to you

  • @NecroButcher91 i'm a deathcore fan, but death metal is the roots, so all deathcore fans respect their roots, and i absolutley love them >:D. i grew up listening to nothing but death metal

  • "Rolling The Papyrus Containing The Spell of Essential Herbs To See The Left Hand of Dallas Levitate Like The Thing From Addams Family As He Who is In The Video"

  • @AshesToFlesh it's one of his custom KXK guitars

  • @AshesToFlesh KxK i believe

  • Sounds like they arent tuned

  • these guys got the chops

  • Pretty sure I seen lightening come down and strike both guitars

  • Best name for a song. Ever.....

  • epic riff ^^

  • FUCK YEAH!!!!

    BADASS!!

  • wow... this is like half time or something o_O :P

tabernacle of a bronze age myth." or "Behold the Kindred Battle Carcasses Strewn Across the Bloodied Dunes of Gilgamesh Mute in the Frenzied Clamour of Death's Rolling Tongue and Ravenous Bursting Steel" from the excellent band "The meads Of Asphodel"?

  • theyre betcha can play this sucks hardcore but nile is a god of the death metal world its hard to make sense of it

  • KAFIIIIIIIIIIIR!!!!!!

  • :32 awesomeness!!!

  • yeah!! 2 hours of title before starting play xD

  • Haha are they using distortion? It sound so dirty and messy. I know these guys are good players but this sounds like garbage right here.

  • @TheRitzyRedneck

Theres not a single wrong note here. Its just there tone. What do you mean "are they using distortion" lol. I'm assuming you don't know much about guitar.

  • @BrutalGrindCoreMetal I know more about guitar than your ass does, Nobody in there right fucking mind uses distortion because it makes it sound so ditry like it sounds here. Ovredrive and Gain are better. Core can suck a fucking chode to you faggot.

  • @TheRitzyRedneck

(Facepalm). Don't speak about things you dont understand mate. Lol. "overdrive and gain are better" So you want them to play a technical death metal song using a light overdrive? And rofl. Gain isn't a even an amp setting. Gain is used in both distortion and overdrive. Every metal artist in the world uses Distortion on their amps. "No one in their right minds uses distortion".Facepalm again. Your such a fucking idiot. Try and learn your stuff before calling me a faggot.

  • @BrutalGrindCoreMetal Im calling bullshit on you, Gain isnt an amp setting (face palm) ughh really cause iM looking at my amp right now and there gain and no distortion, overdrive and gain are all different. Oh and IM not your mate. And if you have any more questions about guitars and gear id be more than happy to answer your questions because it looks like you have a ton, Im sill in rofl mode "Gain isnt an amp setting".

  • @TheRitzyRedneck

Stop Rofling like a cunt. Listen. Gain is not an amp setting like Distortion or Overdrive. Its not an individual channel. Gain controls the power of a distortion. Gain is traditionally in the form of a knob. The more gain you apply the more metal the distiorton will sound. Maybe there is a channel on your amp called "gain". But if you knew anything about amps (which you clearly don't) you'd know that this is the distortion channel with a lot of gain. Not the gain channel.

  • @BrutalGrindCoreMetal Okay, let me get this straight, your saying that distortion and overdrive are settins on an amp? Ive never seen that. And I believe I never said it was a channel, but ya it is a setting type in the form of a knob. And once again gain, distortion and overdrive are all diffferent. Alright? Any more questions you would like to ask?

  • @TheRitzyRedneck

Ok mate. I diddnt "ask" you a damn thing. You got everything wrong in the first place and embarassed yourself. By saying that they should use a fucking overdrive on a technical death metal song which has never been done in the history of metal and by saying that no one in their right mind uses distortion which coincedentally every metal band in history has done. And now your acting as if I'm the jerkoff who got it wrong? Stop being a troll and admit you were wrong.

  • @BrutalGrindCoreMetal No infact Im not wrong, the band Necrophagist which may be the most technical band ever, they dont use overdrive or distortion, they use gain, WHICH AGAIN IS DIFFERENT FROM OVERDRIVE AND DISTORTION, which gain is an amp setting on the heads that they use, AND IM NOt YOUR MATE, GO FIND ANOTHER BUTT PIRATE FAGGOT, oh and fuck off Im done arguing with your ingnorant ass, obviously you cant admit your wrong.

  • @TheRitzyRedneck

Yeah. Your still wrong. As I've said. Gain is just an aspect of distortion. Its hilarious that you said that Necrophagist don't use distortion. OF COURSE THEY FUCKING DO!!! rofl. Christ sake.... Why are you so ignorant? Just look it up anywhere. Ask whether they use distortion on a Necrophagist video and you'l get your answer. I've played guitar for 2 years. I do music at college. I've had 2 guitars 5 amps and 4 pedals. I know my stuff. Accept that sometimes you may be wrong.

  • @BrutalGrindCoreMetal Yes Im wrong, I just watched a video and I have been proven wrong. Well, I might as well clarify myself, gain controlls ditrotion, even when its a clean tone? And so if gain controls how much distored sound there is, what about overdrive?

  • @TheRitzyRedneck

Ah. Well its cool that you admitted that you were wrong. I respect that. Right. Basically an overdive is a lightly distorted tone. Its used for blues and soft rock. Its sounds sort of clean but has a hint of dirtiness to it. The gain knob on a overdrive would make the sound dirtier. On a distortion channel the gain knob controls the power of the distortion. Hard rock bands would use Relatively medium gain. And hardcore metal bands like Nile here use maximum gain distortion.

  • @BrutalGrindCoreMetal Cool Im gonna sub to you bro, but so basically theres a gain knob for overdrive and a gain knob for distortion? And the gain knob in the distrotion controlls the distorted tone, and the gain knob controls the what? Also in the vid there probably using marshall jcms right, so the channel probably isnt called distortion its probably something like rythm right?

  • @TheRitzyRedneck

There can be diffrent kinds of distortions yes. A rhythm setting is better for heavy chord work whereas there could also be a lead setting for Solo. Theres not really much diffrence with the Gain in these things. Its just the EQs been messed about with to create a more appropriate sound. EQ is "high, mid, low", etc. Not all amps have EQ settings but good ones usually do. And the gain knob on an overdrive would make the sound dirtier rather than making it more metal.

  • @BrutalGrindCoreMetal Thank god there is someone who understands here in this channel and isn't in the denial as to how amp settings work to set straight the retards who assume they know all there is to know.. so i applaud you for doing the civic duty of informing the ignorant ones.

  • @EvilAizen

Thanks...I think. I can't tell if your being sarcastic. lol.

  • @BrutalGrindCoreMetal nah bro, no sarcasm here lol but some people just say stupid crap without thinking about whether they're right or not.

  • @TheRitzyRedneck blah blah blah blah no one gives a shit

  • @TheRitzyRedneck i'm ok with you =)

  • "Papyrus: Containing the spell to unlock Karl's double neck spear guitar to kill those damn hardcore kids who are fighting ghosts in crowd's in which they do not belong" *Blast beats*

  • 1:26, one of the greatest metal riffs of ALL TIME.

  • flying w :D

  • I once wrote a catchy bluegrass tune called "The Gooey Aftermath of the Multiple Orgasmic Demise of Innocent Victims During a Live Performance by The Raging Anal Invaders, in A minor, Part 1" ... patent pending.

  • Such a sick song...

  • There expecting your sacrifice!!!!! Your ears will fall off due to the horrible sound of these jackasses!!!!

  • Badass chorus riff.

  • That double neck is screaming accidental death.... o.O

  • 1 question: does Karl Sanders really need that double guitar?:D

  • @probassistNOT

Uh YEA!!!! That way he can sacrifice 2 Jinns on stage at the same time.

  • @blacklegionairsoft1 I award you "comment of the day" #lol

  • Insidious Decrepancy has some sick fucking song titles and some pretty long ones also ... for example ... ' Unrelenting Agony Bestowed Upon the Holy Disease Ridden Minds of the Ignorant' and my personal favorite ' Enchanting Fantasies of Insurmountable Torment upon Innocence and Piety' lolz amazing band i really dig check em out!

  • @EvidenceFragmentary I'm liking where the comments on this video are going :)

  • @EvidenceFragmentary id are fucking extremely brutal shit x) yes theyre fucking awesome ;) :)

  • @EvidenceFragmentary Serreptitious misanthropy voraciously consuming rationality this invoking dormant sociopathic desires. And after saying that, mr Insidious Decrepancy starts going nuts with his drumcomp and guitar. Great shit.

  • sanders has some beautifully shaped guitars

  • frome 1:27 i it gets epic !!

  • dude this is soo muddy, just sounds like thrashy crap :/

  • @sn3nimph gtfo poser

  • @EvidenceFragmentary OK if they cleaned up their sound a bit it wouldnt just be all mud. All you can here is the higher notes, harmonics and their picks hitting the strings. Dont call me a poser for stating a fact...

  • In what songs does Karl use his 12-string?

  • am i the only one who thinks this doesnt sound anything like the song?

  • Hey!!!!! Another episode of "Fucktard TV"....

  • hahahah karl laughs hard whilst dallas intros the song!! inside joke!!

  • He said is own title song wrong :p it's not 'from attacks' it's 'against attacks'

  • @EternalSolstice I know right

  • FUCKKKKKK yeaaaaaa 1:26.... sorry... was singing the chorus while they were playing it

  • Now thats a name for a song.

  • the music itself is interesting and harmonic. but there is a WAY too much distortion to the point where it just sounds like growls. distasteful and needs refining.

  • dude with the double neck kills it with the vibrato awesome

  • how did they ever get anywhere in life

  • he actually said the name wrong :D

he says "Papyrus Containing The Spell To Preserve It's Possessor FROM Attacks From He Who Is In The Water", but it's called "Papyrus Containing The Spell To Preserve It's Possessor AGAINST Attacks From He Who Is In The Water" :D

  • I love to play with the balance of my speakers, so I can listen to the guitars individually =D

    I preffer Dallas's sound

    (sorry for my language :S)

  • Honestly, jazz is arguably the most difficult style of music

  • karl is laughing at the song title being too fuckin long xD

    \m/

  • @xEnigmatistx haha yea his face is classic, its saying "yes yes i came up with that name, im such a genius :'D"

  • i doubt this is their own amps, alot of these vids arnt

  • what kind of distortion do these guys use?

    ideas?

  • @mk13ultra4th they use mashall jcm 2000's

  • @christslayer666

    cheers

  • what kind of guitar is the guy on the left playing?????????

  • @nednarbb its from KxK Guitars, its a double V made for Karl.

  • Karls guitar looks like a medieval torture device that he could use to pierce at least 4 people but since its Nile......he could probably find a way to get 5 more on their......scary

  • this song needs george kollias.... not a drummer

  • I mean I love me some Nile, but is that headstock really necessary...? -.-;

  • @steviedashfoo that headstock is used to impail emos who acidentally make there way into a nile show

  • @deejay114 LOL nice!

  • fuck the haters Nile for life!!!

  • all of this hatin on this vid man.

They're not bad guitarists, just maybe not to your liking guys. Constructive criticism is better than flat out criticism amiright?

  • How could someone possibly think this isn't good? What faggots...

  • best twin guitarists ever !!!! look at the synchronazation .....and the most beautiful thing:,they chose to play the most heaviest death metal there is!!!!! respect!!! (they also could "ve be playing "jazz")

  • @metalboto Nothing in this video leads me to believe they could play jazz...

  • @Jazga listen cast down the heretic solo ( their best solo in my opinion )

  • @Jazga No, because jazz is superior to every other music genre, because they can do 9th chords and do weird chord progressions. I hate jazz purists, they're so fucking arrogant.

  • @varulv234

I'm more a metal head my self... There are metal bands that got the complex theory down good enough to so that they sound to me like they could do jazz like.. Messhuggah, Opeth, Dream Theater (more prog rock.. and don't really seem to have a jazzy bone in them) These guys are good, just don't think they took the time to learn the theory that is required to play jazz. No offense was intended. :)

  • @Jazga Maybe i'm just being ignorant here, but isn't Jazz basically made up of 7th chords, dominant chords, diminished scale, and stuff like that? Excuse me if i sound like a total idiot, i'm not THAT educated on theory.

  • @varulv234 Chords with added notes in general wich add to the complexity of the harmony and effect the modal soloing that jazz players usually use.

But... I don't know enough to even begin to explain that stuff :D

  • @Jazga Okay, it's not really my thing, sadly. But i respect it :)

  • @Jazga Totally agree!

  • @metalboto Well, if i downtuned my gutiar 8 steps down I would also be able to play the heaviest shit in the planet :D

  • @Braiton13 8 steps would make ur guitar go into a Bass Guitar tuning lol.

  • @haloelite11215 I know. I was being sarcastic with the whole chugga chugga issue.

  • @Braiton13 lol sorry about that :P

  • He would actually be 66000 times more satanic then Satan.
