  • crayons + z\x spectrum with ram pack 4:3 FTW

  • yes yes and yes very nice indeed

  • I wonder what Wizball would be like as an animated series?

  • Holy blap... I've never read the comments here before. Thanks everyone, you've made my night with that - I'm really glad you liked it.

  • Wow, very impressive! I recognized a lot of those sprites falling into the graves, too. Funny expressions on Wizball's face lol

  • Fantastic. I guess it was a lot of work.

  • @BattlestarGentoo

    Umm no I hope not..

  • R.I.P. Art & Creativity indeed.

Notable exception : this video ...

PS : permission to shed a tear or 2 Sir. :p

  • Christ that music brings back so many good memories. One of my all time favorite C64 games.

  • Awesome...awesome to the max!

  • Both thumbs up for your great "remake" work. Maybe one of the fans should make a remake of this game with this cool 3d animations :)

  • Someone has made a new version of wizball that runs on a PC. I cant remember exactly but I found it after a few minutes of googling.

  • AWESOME!!! One of my all time fave games & C64 tunes!!

  • cool!

  • Great animation! Top work, one of my all time fav games! :) Retsrospec are doing a remake... look it up!!! looks quite good!

  • Brilliant tribute to a brilliantly classic and addictive Commodore 64 game (I still play it today and it is that bloomin' hard I tell you ;))

  • nosalgia :(

  • This was fantastic. Wizball is still one of the best game I have ever played. I love the tribute grave scene at the end and then the vision of C64 of old falling down really made it a well though out piece.

  • one of my fav games on the c64 its a classic very nice video to tribute wizball wtg :)

  • Fantastic!

  • Nice work here.. The music of this is based on the C64 version.. Tis was the 1st Game I completed on my Amiga.. Took a bit longer to complete on the C64 though but I went back and did it on an emulator.. Game rocks..

  • and the musik, iwant be return

  • boahh,very cool!

  • That's really awesome!

  • It never looked like that on my Amiga. Class game though. Excellent hommage!

  • what a great vid.... your very talented. and thanks for the memories.

  • My favourite game EVER and a very nice CG animation and music. Really brillant the idea to 'paint' the 'dead' level with those familiar sprites. Who did the vid has captured the spirit of those years.

  • Loved wizball, but have not played it for about 12 years, Shame, lost my Atari, and games years ago.

N e one no of an emulator with Wizball?

  • yes love this game

  • thats the best video ive seen on youtube - amazing!

the scene with the headstones was very apt indeed!

  • Great animation, but was rather disturbing because he had eyes/teeth, origionally he was just a green ball with none of those ;) kinda reminded me of crazy frog =/

Still great animation though, I loved Wizball, I want to hear the normal theme tune from Commodore though (not the polyphonic-ringtone version!)

  • That is amazing, and a fantastic tribute to one of the best games ever on ANY format. Me and my older brother used to play that 2 player, I played as cat collecting all the drops of colour and my brother played as Wizball himself...fantastic memories, might go and play it on my c64 emulator now LOL. C64 rules! C=

  • Wonderful!!

  • wow :)

  • Wizball was and still is a fantastic game. Great vid!

  • Wizball is an all time classic!
