I know Jason Groth's is a Fender...I was trying to see Molina's, both sound incredible. Probably one of the most underated and underplayed bands in the US...puts most mainstream bands to shame. Jason Grothe is fun in "The Coke Dares".

I saw MEC in concert once and spent the entire time of the two opening bands talking to their bass player, only I didn't know it was him, I just thought he was a cool dude, then all of a sudden he goes "S'cuse me man." And goes back stage and then comes out and kicks ass. Oh and his bass amp has "College Rock Still Sucks" spray painted on it.
