Had to think about this one. Revelation 16:19 in support of the 7th bowl (vial) says that Bablyon will be the receipent of God's Wrath. However Revelation 17 details how it will happen here on earth, to whom/what and very interesting it's the Beast and the ten kings that are the instrument God has chosen to accomplish his purpose. So it's one act of judgement from a spiritual perspective and a physical perspective.

To clarify, Jesus doesn't tell those in Judea to flee until they 'see' the abomination of desolation written about by Daniel. The abomination of desolation is not set up until there are 1290 days left (3.5 years plus 30 days). There is no way those in Judea can see this event prior to the 7 years since it hasn't happened yet.

The clue to Rev 16:19 is the Greek word "autos" which actually means "the same as", So the same fury of wrath was unleashed on the world as it was on Babylon, and is backed up by the witness verses in Rev 14:9 with the phrase "he TOO"

People don't go to hell for simply 'not believing in God'. People don't simply 'disbelieve' or 'doubt' the existence of God. The lack of belief in God is due to hatred of him- due to the sin nature we are all born with. Outside of Christ, people are genuinely evil. Ok. If Bablyon = America as lots of people claim, then nothing of Biblical proportions will happen to the US in 2010. You need to read about the 6 bowl judgements where in Revelation it says that God remembers Bablyon and pours out his wrath. Most people accept that this occurs towards the end of the tribulation. Had to think about this one. Revelation 16:19 in support of the 7th bowl (vial) says that Bablyon will be the receipent of God's Wrath. However Revelation 17 details how it will happen here on earth, to whom/what and very interesting it's the Beast and the ten kings that are the instrument God has chosen to accomplish his purpose. EEW, yes this 10 king alliance is either before or during the first of the last 7 years. There are still a total of 10 horns here, meaning the little horn has not yet plucked up 3 by the root and begun reigning as the 8th King, which must happen by at least the last 3.5 years.
This means a destruction happens before the trib by the beast & 10 horns- then a 2nd destruction happens at the end of the great trib when God remembers Babylon the Great pours out His cup of wrath at the 7th Bowl.

To clarify, Jesus doesn't tell those in Judea to flee until they 'see' the abomination of desolation written about by Daniel. The abomination of desolation is not set up until there are 1290 days left (3.5 years plus 30 days). There is no way those in Judea can see this event prior to the 7 years since it hasn't happened yet.
Destruction of MB by 10 horns (B4 little horn is ruling) is prior to last 7 years. Flight from Judea doesn't take place till 3.5 yr. Two different time periods.

Actually it is one time, Babylon the Great falls in the End. Rev 14 explains this along with Rev 17. That means Rev 16:19 is out of context. So you see that the Greek actually supports the fact that Babylon was in Remberence (Gone-Past Tense). Simple...
The clue to Rev 16:19 is the Greek word "autos" which actually means "the same as", So the same fury of wrath was unleashed on the world as it was on Babylon, and is backed up by the witness verses in Rev 14:9 with the phrase "he TOO"

hottamale, I think we are really agreeing on alot about MB but just differing on the timing and perhaps exactly who/what MB is. But before you say 16:19 is out of context observe the perspective that John was observing from. What I am trying to say is this. Most people think that Revelation is not in chroniogical order. But it's segueing from one topic to another is interesting to observe which makes me think that the events are all tied together.

The only way it makes sense to me is that there is YHWH the Father and YHWH the Son. Proverbs 8:22-end really helped clear this up in my mind. It's a very great mystery.
There are also scriptures that says that YHWH will judge from His throne and then it says Yahshua is to judge all flesh.

You have been saying the same thing for the past 2-3 years. There is no distinction on in this realm of you and Nostradamus or any other preacher in the past who said they know more than anyone else. It is easy to sit there and say "Well folks, its gonna be this year, or that year, its likely this year or that." stop acting like you have some direct knowledge from God more than anyone else does. I don't discount that you have wise things to direct people toward otherwise.

time-line calculations moving Armageddon out to 2018 perhaps?
If you believe in what he says (thirdeagle) then all you have to do is to patiently wait out his time-frame. After that it's all upto you.

keksinnot, it depends on who you believe modern-day Babylon is. God mentions Babylon a GREAT deal - who will come against her, what will happen to her, and that He wants His people to come out of her. I started counting once how many times He says that in the Bible concerning future Babylon and I lost count - it's a LOT. We need to determine who she is because it matters to God.

I don't think that is what the red horse represents and I don't believe the u.s is babylon.I do believe that the u.s. will lose her power and it will be due to economic collapse. I did see a video on here with Hal Lindsey speaking and he was talking about a russian guy that made predictions about this being a bad year for the u.s.
