I went on this!

My school went in July and it was freezing but we went on anyway, I was at the edge of the ride and I was looking over the edge like ''SHIT LOL, IT'S SO HIGH'' It feels unsafe too because you just have a bar over your legs.

Then you go down and you get absolutely drenched. My clothes were stil damp 5 hours later when I got home, I was freezing after that ride but it was fun :P

I don't think a boat that size with a drop that slow can make that big a splash. O.o

@1ynnf No, you're completely wrong. It's not made from any jets. It was specialy designed to get that type of wave, you need weigh boat the 85 ft drop and trust me i'v been on this several times it goes a lot faster then you think. It also goes 45 mph at top speed.

i've been on this, i went on it yesterday, its really good, but when you get up there, its higher then what you think, my dad and 23 year old brother was screaming, i was laughing, it really high, like 85ft, and 77mph. my sisterin law didnt even look, she said with her head down. its worth going on though, but i recommend fasttrack tickets. when you go thrope park go on this! and great video.

Damn! Never been to Thorpe Park, but it looks really great! The scenery is well chosen as well. Al kinds houses hit by a tidal wave. I will definitely go there in the future!
