Hi omar. I find that my triceps is lagging and it affects my progress in the the benchpress and shoulder press. Are these tricep exercises beneficial for strength in benchpress? How should I incorporate these exercises into my training regime? A day just for this? What's the frequency I should be doing this per week? Thanks:)
@Nemeiss5 And if I have to choose one, which would be the most effective to help in my pushing movements? I face problems in the final locking out part of the pushing movements.

@sega101 well as for exercises i would recommend push ups and variations of push as there is a wide range of push up exercises you can do i would also recommend the purchse of a chin up bar and if you do purchase a chin up bar i would go for one that fits onto the door frame and that can be taken down after use for different exercises like sit ups,crunches and push ups . if you can i would recommend buying dumbells if you dont have some already but buy the ones you can vary the wieght on .
@sega101 as for eating i would try to fullow the fatasstobadass one and for i would also try and do hiit(high intensity interval training) once a week.
Will definitely move the V pushdown to beginning of my tricep workout and do a lower weight with 12 slow reps, it makes a lot of sense to get that subtle burn at the beginning in order to real feel it in your triceps during the harder ones.
I can't do the dips because my gym hasn't got one of those machines so will use that technique and mix with my own - I do bench dips with weight, dumbbell skullcrushers, kickbacks and V bar pushdown.
@BearGrylls123100 there is no "best" split which is why people change them frequently. Since back (pulling) exercises also use arms... many people do back / biceps together. In my experience however my arms get fried to effectively do biceps after some hard back exercises. Thus some people like to do back and tri's together since they are separately worked.
